2011/2012 SNOW REMOVAL RATE SCHEDULE

All blower cleared driveways will be billed on a per-visit rate. Rates are based on length of driveway and complexity of area to be cleared. Plowing will be billed on an hourly basis broken down into 15 minute increments.

All accounts will prepay for their first snow removal. The prepayment includes driveway inspection and marking at no additional cost for those customers who sign up before October 1st, 2011. All customers who sign up after October 1, 2011 will incur an additional $10 marking fee with their prepayment.

Removal Rate #1 $ 35.00This rate is for driveways under 50 feet in length.
Removal Rate #2 $ 45.00
Removal Rate #3 $ 50.00
Removal Rate #4 $ 55.00
Removal Rate #5 $ 65.00
Removal Rate #6 $ 80.00

The above rates are Flat Fee, Per Visit.

Plowing Rate will be $120 per hour broken down into 15 minute increments.

*Note: All special "call outs" will be billed at the driveways flat rate plus an additional $20, in lieu of a shop to shop charge.

Sanding Services
If things are getting a little too slick to get around we offer sanding services.
Sanding Rate will be $90 per hour broken down into 15 minute increments.

Shoveling Services
Services include deck and walkway clearing along with roof clearing.
Walkway shoveling and deck clearing will be billed $10 per half hour.
Roof clearing will be billed $35 per hour with 1 hour minimum.
Please let us know if you are interested in these services along with your regular driveway clearing.

Our services are billed monthly, based on our 2011/2012 Rate Schedule. Payment is due within 15 days from the receipt of the invoice. We will assess a 18% APR finance charge for any accounts past due. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or discontinue service in the event of non-payment.
